1. there was no noise issues , except the normal nyc every day noises , the beds were comfortable and the water was hot .

3. We've had a couple of small issues with small appliances (toaster set off the smoke detector, iron leaked water around the base) and they've been replaced the same day they were reported.

7. Over the next few days, the fridge, the headboard, the showerhead, various light bulbs and the weird large silk tree taking up lots of space all caused issues.
