1. It is on a busy main road so going back at night wasn't a problem although this did mean some traffic noise through the night but then again it's the price you pay for a good location.

2. Orbitz was also unable to get the hotel to respond, but Orbitz did provide me with a rate reduction, even though they had nothing to do with the problem.

3. Because of the quick and responsive time, and the 'not a problem' attitude, and the need to make our stay extra special, I rate this hotel 5 stars and would go back again in an instant.

5. Only problem was we had no heat one evening - slept fine under the comforter, but I had to call twice to get someone to come to our room and fix it in the morning.

6. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty of delis and restaurants in the area so that is not a problem.

9. The lobby staff have been extremely helpful, and both they and housekeeping have been very responsive to any problems or questions we've had.
