3. The ONLY negative I could imagine someone coming up with is the noise if your room faces the Epicenter, but the sound machine has always been the answer for us in that regard.

4. The only negative that I can think of is that they charge $30/night for valet parking and $10/day for wireless internet.

5. The only slightly negative comments I'd make are that the room service menu is a bit light in terms of overall selection, and that the hotel is subject to some outside noise, coming from both an adjacent construction project and a busy street in front of the hotel.
