2. The hotel staff acknowledged this was a frequent complaint and a noise cancellation system is apparently installed in the room, though we noticed no difference with it.

5. My only complaint is the air conditioning as it has motion detectors and cuts off with no moving (ie sleeping).

10. My only complaint is that, located in downtown Charlotte, many rooms don't have much of a 'view', as you are often looking down on someone's roof or parking lot.
