1. Only issue were the slow lifts - still we were only on the 3rd floor and the exercise did us good.

3. The breakfast area is fresh and tidy, the manager was always available, and purposely so, to ensure everything was ok, and any (very minor) issues were greeted with a 'we'll fix that'.

10. In the morning we had our one and only real issue with the hotel = the hair dryer didn't work.
