9. last but not not least my daughter left behind a very expensive pair of shoes that we had noticed upon arrival home at which time i phoned the hotel and was very rudely switched to housekeeping where i upon received their voice mail and have never received a phone call back as to why i phoned or to at least acknowledge my call.
