1. After a lot of complaining ( they said hotel was sold-out), and because it was their fault, manager got me another room.

4. if we had to pay for it, i would complain about it ;) location is great, 10 minute walk to times square, metro less then 5 minutes and starbucks around the corner :) there is also a cheap store in front of the hotel to get some water or soda :) if i would go back to NY and this hotel would fit my budget, i would book it again :).

5. when you were on time it was ok but when it was busy, you had the chance that lots of things were empty and it took a while to re fill it :) as young people, we didnt have anything to complain about it.

8. What's sad is that when I wanted to complain about my entire stay, there was never a manager on duty.
