1. My advice is to stop being cheap on the important things,these problems are few and easy to fix.

2. I had problems when I booked the room through Travelocity choosing 2 queens and when I called reservations, they told me that they couldn't accomodate either but to ask at Check-in.

8. There were no pleasantries offered such as 'Welcome, how was your trip?' and 'There seems to be a problem, let me discuss it with my manager so that we can find a solution' but rather 'Name' and then 'We will have to book into another hotel since we have no rooms for you'.

9. We had a number of silly problems in our room like faulty heater , nosiy air con which prevented us sleeping.

10. Rooms spotless my only problem was the draughty windows if only they would double glaze the windows it would more than half the traffic noise and keep away the draughts from under the curtains.
