1. As the hotel made the charge, the hotel should make the refund instead of penalizing its customer for the mistake of its supplier.

3. I travelled here only last week on business, for the price and going by the pictures on the website I was expecting a very plush hotel - when i pulled up outside i knew i had made a mistake in getting my company to book this - when i say the rooms are old i mean OLD - rooms are like in the pictures except im sure the pics were taken 50 years ago.
