1. This is a very nicely maintained and equipped hotel, European in feel, on the edge of the very tony (and expensive) East Side.

3. The hotel may well be more expensive than other hotels however it seems the quality is there and if like us you are there for an occasion it is worth the extra money .

4. We ate out mostly as the restaurant was a bit expensive for a child but with another adult I probably would have availed of it more.

5. The hotel is quite expensive, and you could probably get a room in one of the famous large hotels for the same price, but it's great for people looking for a quiet hotel and personal service.

10. If you want some good food you can go to Smith and Wollensky for steaks and Bice for Italian even though it is quite expensive but food was top notch.
