4. The hotel consistantly failed to leave 3 sets of towels and when I complained to reception the girl there growled and said 'i'll tell them'The TV did not work at all and someone fixed it but it remained grainey.

5. The next day the maintenance man called again to repair the broken sink that we had complained about (we hadn't complained and the sink wasn't broken - he finished up 'repairing the sink' and left.
