1. Service was poor, no one to take your order outside, bar opens inside at 11am.

5. After my visit I received an e-mail survey from the Waldorf and was contacted by the evening manager who did credit my bill a small portion to make up for the poor service.

8. -The front desk clerk we spoke to initially about the 'welcome' call offering only a late check out (which we didn't need) followed by an offer of a $50 resort credit, in compensation for a night of poor/little sleep as a result of the 2:30 a.

9. Needless to say, her offer did not make up in any way for our anniversary celebration being ruined by sleep deprivation and poor service and does not entice us to return to the Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

10. Went to the spa - good service, however, not enough nail polish colors to choose from and quality of polish very poor.
