Examples of mediocre service - After the first night, we needed new, little shampoo/conditioner bottles - these weren't provided automatically, each day as in other luxury hotels - so, I asked a housekeeping attendant in the hallway and she said that she 'would get to it' (never happened); Also, I asked a coffee/tea attendant who was serving complimentary morning drinks where I could get a tea after he closed his station at 11am and he responded 'not here' - that was it - no helpful suggestions - there was just a lot of this - not awful service, but not 4 or 5 star quality.
