Well, yes it was a
big deal
for us since we had to sit in the lounge (did I mention for 2 1/2 hours?) with 2 anxious little girls who were dying to go to Disneyworld and we were being told over and over again by Gabe that our room was almost ready and it was a complete lie.

After explaining all that had happene d and a phone call to Gabe, she begrudgingly offered us another suite on the 7th floor and ever so nicely (sarcasm here again) said, 'take this one instead, it's not a
big deal
'.

I asked for the NY Times in the mornings, which was a
big deal
for some reason -- they had to send someone over to the Hilton for it, and billed me for it.

It doesn't have a coffee maker, but the coffee is free downstairs, so not a

Rush to open doors, chat, offer advice and lets's face it, if they do happen to miss a door once or twice, no
big deal
surely? Valet is $20 per day - you can self park but you won't.
