1. No surly, bored or irritated people working at this hotel-which was nice, considering the fact that the place was over run with families with kids running around everywhere.

2. Again, the credits were applied but as I pointed out to the front desk staff, I shouldn't have had to to be irritated for even that 15 minutes because they don't know their packages.
