1. We decided to try another hotel (The Standard) after 3 nights at the Peninsula which was a huge mistake.

4. When I questionned this - the manager confirmed that I'd not been upgraded and arranged for me to move the following day - whilst the mistake was rectified - it caused unnecessary disruption in having to move rooms.
