1. The only minor complaint I have is the front desk staff, while courteous and efficient, I found that we needed to ask questions to items I would have expected them to be more forthcoming with, for example, our room rate included many extras (breakfast, hotel credit, newspaper, etc.

2. I made a complaint to the manager who was a lovely woman and responded promptly to my complaint but one day later, the same thing happened again so obviously it is not a random act.
