5. After getting in late the second night we didn't stop and ask, so the next morning I asked again, The next night on our way back in I asked again, and was told what the problem was.

8. A few irritating things: constant problems with the hotel keys not allowing us access to our floor from the elevator, waiting an hour for room service only to find out when I called to check on the order that they 'are out of that, someone should have called', $48 overnight parking, etc.

9. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, however it would be even better if the above problems were rectified.
