2. But when the area is reeking of gasoline odors and other strange smells from flooing and a guest wishes to transfer to another hotel - is that too much to ask? It appears to be as the hotel was happy to check us out and make a reservation but we would surely be billed for the hotel room here and where ever else we would be transferred to.
