My husband met a disconsolate man from a neighbouring, more
expensive
, hotel who admired our clean surroundings and complained he had to pay for valet parking and had a $92 laundry bill.

You do need a car if you stay here - there really isn't much you can walk to from here, food-wise or anything else, and taxis are really
expensive
- but that's really not the hotel's issue, we didn't research well enough.

Some Tips: There was a shuttle bus going to the Opryland hotel - however, if you are with your family - better eat somewhere else first, as everything in the Opryland hotel is
expensive
and not necessarily with better quality (we bought an aweful Cappucino).
