We had booked a king standard room, but upon arrival discovered that all of that type had their tubs converted to large showers, Wanting a tub, I asked to switch to a two-queen standard and was accommodated without a

During checkin 2 other people called the hotel with the same

and the front desk staff were Very good at giving directions over the phone.

The only

we had was that we were right next to the elevator which was great at first but then at the end of our trip something was wrong with the elevator and it was very squeaky.
