3. We had booked a king standard room, but upon arrival discovered that all of that type had their tubs converted to large showers, Wanting a tub, I asked to switch to a two-queen standard and was accommodated without a problem.

5. Whilst the hotel is well away from downtown Nashville it is not difficult to get to and parking is not too much of a problem.

9. During checkin 2 other people called the hotel with the same problem and the front desk staff were Very good at giving directions over the phone.

10. The only problem we had was that we were right next to the elevator which was great at first but then at the end of our trip something was wrong with the elevator and it was very squeaky.
