3. Only two negatives: the signing to get into the hotel is not good - a small sign with only the Hampton logo (no words) and if you miss it, you end up in the neighboring hotel - several of us did; and the in-room lighting is really pretty bad, with dim white CFL bulbs that have all the ambience of a business cubicle.

7. In the morning we called and spoke to the manager and got a lengthy speach about there being 'bad people' in this world and they were not going to reverse our charge unless we brought a receipt proving we had car trouble.
