1. The clerk at the Hyatt noticed we were in one of the rooms next to the elevator and told us it was unfortunate but for $40 extra a day he could move us.

4. unfortunately we flew in from Tokyo and I was completely out of it when we checked in - and didn't ask for them to just put us into the ocean view room to begin with - but since we were on our honeymoon - and the hotel was not filled, I think it would have been a really nice gesture of the hotel.
