1. I had read that it was a mostly adult hotel but there were some kids during our visit but the lack of children running around everywhere is definitely a plus.

2. While the spa doesn't have the amenities of larger facilities like the spa at the nearby Grand Hyatt, the lack of hordes of people made the experience far more enjoyable.

7. The lack of screaming kids running in the hallways or creating havoc in the swimming pool and jacuzzi made for a very relaxed and peaceful stay.

8. We stayed in a mega hotel on Kaanapali beach on Maui and were extremely disapointed with the cleanliness, the service, the lack of 'honeymoon treatment', the price of the stay, and the thousand children swimming in the adult pool, to say the least.
