1. Our only complaint would be that we were in room 200 which was right next to the door to the hallway so we had more noise than others.

4. Our only complaint was the bed, it should have been replaced years ago, both sides were really sunken in, leaving us with sore necks and backs.

5. My only complaint is that there was no mention of being environmentally friendly in the rooms--usually these days there's a card on the bed asking you to hang up towels that you're OK using again, and giving their policy on how often they change the sheets and such.

10. The only complaint would be that the dividers between the neighboring rooms on the balcony did not extend out far enough to produce visual privacy( a minor issue really) but otherwise the hotel is A+++.
