4. I tried to get her attention again soon after to tell her that the ingredient was not listed on the menu and when I did she told me I was wrong without looking at the menu.

9. i try to call 4 time one city number without success they charge 5 us $ without any speaking, the operator give wrong information , people for help donload lagguage very bad too.
