1. The bedding had a horrible stench to it that made one wonder how long they allow it to go between cleanings, the bed also squeaked terribly any time you moved.

4. The architect was either incredibly inexperienced, had no budget, or the land must be mysteriously misshapen or something, because this place is laid out terribly.

6. No one cared to help us with our luggage, the 'reception' lady looked at us and treated us very coldly, we got the Siberia treatment and we sent to a terrible room near the car park.

Cons: Valet Parking (34+tax+tip), Pay for Internet, terrible quality TV, Toilet not bolted down, little rubber duckies threatening additional room charges in room, doors and walls showing wear, mould in showers, noisy elevator next to room, early morning wake-up from maid - even on the weekend?.

10. we did not sleep at all because the hotel has terrible insulation and you hear every noise, even your neighboring opening a drawer in their room, talking in their room, walking, anything.
