1. The fan system runs 24/7, and if you have allergies or otherwise don't like cold air blowing on you all night, it can make your stay uncomfortable.

Our only complaint which left us with three restless and uncomfortable nights was that the hotel has and old style two-pipe heating/cooling system, meaning that the temperature in your room is largely a function of the water temperature that us being circulated through the system's central chiller.
