1. The only issue was that the pillows smelled like someone had already slept on them.

3. I have read that the facility was recently remodeled, which one could tell from the rooms but not the corridors, which looked a little bland and smelled funny most of the time (which was perhaps from room service deliveries).

9. - Checked me into an occupied room- Free internet does not work, they told me to stand by the door of the room to use computer- Bed and bath linens did not look or smell clean- I was moved between five rooms.
