The only
negative
is they do have a fairly high parking fee (>$20 per night) which unfortunately is becoming the norm for most big city hotels.

The positives (which outweigh the
negative
s): 2 bedroom suites at (usually) a great price, with easy setup for a family or 2 couples are often hard to come by.

negative
on that score.

The
negative
s: The parking spots are REALLY narrow, but there are a few larger ones if you hunt, the beds are soft - which is great if you like soft beds, but not great if you like really firm ones.

It would have been nicer when I asked her if she could accommodate me earlier, to have checked and then with a smile said yes, rather than the more
negative
'check in is at 4pm.
