1. Once at the second hotel, the staff there acted as if they had no idea who we were, again did not offer any help with bags, and again, did not apologize for the huge inconvenience that this ordeal had caused.

2. Trolley stop is less than 1/2 block away to get you downtown - not a real inconvenience considering the prices of downtown hotels.
