1. Worst thing about the hotel (and it's not really that bad) was the coffee.

4. The in-room furnishings were badly beat-up and not well maintained, and rooms facing the marina are plagued with traffic sounds throughout the night due to inferior windows and loose fitting sliding glass doors -- I was forced to sleep with earplugs each night.
