1. From a rude check in experience to trash in the room upon entering to no housekeeping service to the missing wake up call and the lack of concern at check out.

3. Given the location of the place, in a nest of freeways, and apparent lack of control the staff has over noisy guests, I would find another place to stay if a conference takes me to this area in Portland.
