1. How often do you get note under your door from the manager asking for any complaints that you have? Most managers,(in my opinion)would rather bite their lip and hope you don't complain.

2. Only complaints were that housekeeping didn't come until late in the day (after 4:30) and though it is not in downtown but rather in a nearby industrial type area, they still charge high rates for overnight parking.

6. complaints to the desk staff were met with smiling faces and promises to do better but there were no corrective actions as far as I could tell; one of the missed wake-up calls included the one my last morning there, when I really needed to get up on time for my flight out of town.

8. My only complaint is that after booking this hotel thru Expedia, I arrived only to find that I had to pay a per night charge in order to park in the Hotel Parking Lot:( Who is at fault (Expedia or the Hotel) should not matter - a package deal should be just that a package deal.
