1. But the property is what I'm used too because I travel so much for work and I've told friends to just remember they aren't staying at the JW Marriott or a Ritz Carlton, so if those are your tastes then you would be disappointed.

4. Food: Did not eat at hotel except once for breakfast buffet (kids ate for free) which was only disappointment: Very limited options, food disappointing - eggs and sausage terrible, french toast hard, oatmeal uninviting glob, fruit so so.

6. As opposed to a Sheraton I was recently at in Atlanta, I didn't see the option for free WiFi in the lobby, so that was disappointing.

7. My organization always chooses the Sheraton when hosting an event in Philadelphia, and we are NEVER disappointed.

8. )Since I am a woman traveling alone with my young son I chose the club level which in some hotels seems more secure so I was disappointed that the club level was not secured by key, anyone could come up to that level (the pool was there).
