1. I don't want to parrot what everyone else has already complained about but I will comment that they are wholly accurate.

2. We asked for two rooms together and when they gave us rooms very far apart, we complained and got closer rooms as well as passes to the club level lounge, which was a nice bonus for a bachelorette party.

5. We complained about how freezing the room was, someone made some changes, then it was sweltering to the point that multiple people were throwing up (or was it the food?) Beware of conferences here.

9. The only 2 things that I could complain about would be that the HVAC system in the room was somewhat noisy and the Sheraton Link (Business Center) was always occupied by the same people.
