3. But there were so many little annoyances: a toilet that would run loudly and without provocation at all hours of the night, and careless, unprofessional housekeeping.

5. I didn`t have any major responsibilities early in the morning at my meeting in the hotel (unlike the person attempting to check in next to me who was not a happy camper) so it was an annoyance more than anything - and management made it right.
