1. Linnens were never changed in 5 nights, vacuuming of carpet was not done and bathroom floor stains remained the entire time.

2. the air conditioner would quit and need attention, the toilet was mounted crooked, the closet clothes rack was broken and hanging down, the bathroom tile was stained and cracked, the safe was non functional and the room had obviouslly been in a fire at some point and smelled of smoke.
