It's in a great location in the French Quarter in New Orleans close enough to walk to just about everything but despite being 1 block away from Bourbon Street it is not at all
noisy
at night.

The only problem we had was the sound of a very
noisy
, pulsating motor sound which appeared to be coming from the room adjoining the headboard of our bed, which kept me from quickly falling asleep.

Great location one block behind Bourbon we had a room on the street but it was still quite
noisy
with street noise, there is no double glazing which would make a difference, but then the windows don't open.
