2. The hotel is older, and you will almost certainly have some paint peeling on the windows, but the location is very close to the French Quarter experience - maybe a block away - so if you're interested in some Bourbon Street action, consider this hotel.

7. The only thing in the room that I feel should be replaced is the wallpaper border at the top of the walls, there are scuff marks in some places and it is peeling off a little at a couple of the corners but it really isn't a big deal at all.
