1. The hotel room smelled, the furniture was dusty, there were holes in the bedspread, the tile floors were old and dirty, there were stains on the bathroom walls and shower curtain, and the ceiling was cracked and peeling.

3. Urine stains around toilet (easily cleaned with a rag and cleaner), dirt in corners, dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel (all of these complaints valid for room 203, at least).
