1. They ran out of towels, staff was rude about replacing them, when they finally replaced the towels, looks like they had been laid on the road and some type of vehicle had run over them.

2. The door handle broke on the main door thereby not allowing us to get back into the room, when we spoke to the hotel staff about it, the clerk became very rude.
