2. Dust mice everywhere; dirt at the back of the head board and night stand; bathtub hasn't be scrubbed who knows for how long; rusted door hinges and tarnished faucet; bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, etc.

4. Urine stains around toilet (easily cleaned with a rag and cleaner), dirt in corners, dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel (all of these complaints valid for room 203, at least).
