1. On top of it all, numerous complaints to management got me know where, and a three calls and two emails to SunSuites Corporate got NO REPLY.

2. Urine stains around toilet (easily cleaned with a rag and cleaner), dirt in corners, dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel (all of these complaints valid for room 203, at least).
