1. The only cons I have are that the lanai doors are hard to open/shut and that we had really noisy neighbors one night which marred our stay a bit.

3. Now, what to expect: no AC , noisy rickety fan (It never cooled our room), old kitchen, a few dishes, and a ton of bugs outside so no open windows.
