1. We never had any problems with noise or smoke as mentioned in a previous review, but as in the case in many condos in Hawaii, the windows only have shutters (no glass) so they would not close completely and the units are relatively close to each other, so this could be an issue if you had bad neighbors.

2. Before we arrived we were a little nervous about the lack of AC because my boyfriend is ALWAYS hot, but it was not an issue at all.

3. The room we orignally booked had some issues, so instead of cramming our party of 5 into a small room, they actually give us two different rooms.
