1. I loved the huge tub in the master bedroom =)The only problem we came across on this trip was that all the soda machines that we went to were either broken or not accepting coins, it was very hot so we needed to drive to a corner store to buy water.

3. Don't be put off - I would recommend staying - just be ready for a couple of little annoyances - broken patio door rollers, bbqs not working, one of the hot tubs out for repair, wifi problems, all little things that can be overlooked.

5. Our pool was next to the sales center so we didn't lounge there, plus the hot tub was broken.

6. No stainless steel appliances, no granite counter tops, no flat screen TVs, broken kickboard below the kitchen sink (which was broken and laying on the floor with a screw sticking straight up), a knob was missing on the stove, all the a/c vents were broken in one way or another.
