3. We really enjoyed our stay but unfortunately my opinion of this hotel has changed following our return home.

4. I reported this to the General Manager and Housekeeping Director, unfortunately I do no feel that they took my concerns very seriously as I received one voice mail message from them that they were not able to speak to the housekeeper that cleaned my room as she was off duty that day.

5. Very nice and large pool, hot tub area - unfortunately it rained the day I was there so I didn't have a chance to use the pool.

6. Luckily it wasn't too hot but unfortunately you cannot open the sliding glass doors on the front rooms on the first level - security, I guess.
