3. NOT SURE what hotel the previous rater went to - but we had hair all over our shower, it leaked everywhere as well, the balcony lock did not work, there were bugs in the room and the person behind the front desk was not able to help with any complaints because they needed a 'manager.

6. There's a Disney ticket counter, and a gift shop (I think it was a $10minimum purchase)My only complaint about the lobby is that there is a man standing who at first appeared to be working for the hotel.

9. I find that this was highly unethical and reported a complaint with Disney as they are a Disney partner hotel.
