2. NOT SURE what hotel the previous rater went to - but we had hair all over our shower, it leaked everywhere as well, the balcony lock did not work, there were bugs in the room and the person behind the front desk was not able to help with any complaints because they needed a 'manager.

4. We tried to make the best of it, however we were not pleased when my daughter and her friend's room had to be evacuated, because they had fleas or some other type of small black jumping bug in their beds.
